Warranty Coverage

Each Orbexa watch comes with a 1 year limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your watch has any defects that fall within this coverage, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, aging).
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Water damage resulting from exceeding the water resistance limits specified for your model.
  • Battery life or replacement.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Submit Proof of Purchase: We require a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Orbexa retailer or our official website to process your warranty claim.
